I have deposit my own money in the bank atm for over a year now to pay bills. I'm being charged $34 for using my own money because they stated that the atm gives you the message that any deposit after 1:30 is the next business day. But thats not necessary true because I have access to my money. Keywords my money. I do not have checks. And i refused the overdraft feature which means i can pay something and don't have the money. And the bank will pay it for a $34 fee. Being that my account don't have those features should clearly means if i deposit money and its not there, then the transaction shouldn't go through. I been charged $34 four times that i know of. Im sure it's more. I was refuded for two. But i feel as if i should be refuded for the April payment to pay my rent and yesterday rent payment. I deposit money to pay my landlord who also have a red river account. They are stealing my money. I want my money back. They need to have better banking services. Since i refused the overdraft feature then clearly that means I don't want anything going through that isn't in my account. Again they are stealing my money out my accountBusiness response
