02/29/2024 $74.74 The rooms that were advertised were not the rooms we received. The ceiling was falling in, there was blood on the walls and floor, bugs in the bed and crawling in the walls. It’s was unsafe and unsanitary for my family to stay there. When brought to the front desks attention, the clerk got angry and became argumentative. After only walking into the room seeing it, and going back to front desk a total of 8 minutes, they refused a refund. They refused to even listen to the problems.Business response

The lady came and got the room and then left she didn't tell us nothing and we look at the room there is nothing wrong with the room so I dont know what she is complainging about, and the reservation she made it is non refundable so we can't issue a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: this is untrue. My husband tried to speak to the front desk clerk concerning the room and she refused to listen. The room was disgusting. The beds were not made, sheets were dirty, and a gaping hole in the ceiling above the shower. The rooms were not as advertised on the website where it was booked.

I work for the federal government *** I'm currently deployed in Alexandria Louisiana on May 5 my room was booked through ********* I have my confirmation number and proof showing that the transaction cleared on my credit card arrive at this location after work to check into my room and at first I was issued a room key and it was quickly taken away the young lady in the office stated that my payment did not go through I'll show her where my payment came off of my credit card and my confirmation from the site that I used to book here and she still denied me she told me to go somewhere else and stay I have stayed at this hotel several times and in the beginning I did have trouble with the same person it is owned by a young lady and a young man the husband is very nice very respectful he understands business young lady has an attitude as if she does not need anyone's business I feel that this is unfair that they are tied up my money like this I also called and talk to a representative a Priceline and they also tried to call the business and speak with the young lady and she was very rude to them as well I have never been treated like this before and this is not fair this business needs to be reported because the way that they conduct business is not fair I've been at work all day and now that I have a room book to lay down and rest I can't do that. I feel that you cannot miss treat people and do them any kind away just because you're having a bad day before I started working for the department of homeland and security I managed a business for 10 years never would I have once treated a customer the way she has treated me todayBusiness response

In respond to ******* ********* we told him that the 3rd party reservation that he made the credit card decline, so until we get a payment we cant do anything about it. He didn't understand that so my front desk got mad and we told him that he has to contact them not us. Because he did it online. So it is not our fault that the credit card decline, and he is telling my employee to call them and find out what is going on with reservation, so my employee told him that we are not responsible for that. He didn't wanted to listen to that so they both got into it. He is a regular here also so dont know what happen with them. Thank you
