Rude unprofessional and very insulting business owner. I deliver for a third-party delivery service and have been going to this restaurant for years for delivery service and I have ordered food there which was pretty good. However, the last time I went to this Business was to pick up an order and the time before that, I called the restaurant and was on the phone for 37 minutes until I got there. However, the last time I went to this Business was to pick up a order and the time before that, I called the restaurant and was on the phone for 37 minutes until I got there. They never answered the phone and I still had to wait an hour for a delivery. I gave a review about the business on Google and the last time I went there for a pick up delivery. I was threatened about what I put on Google by the owner, like refusing to give me my pick up order unless I take it down, which I think that’s kind of like, blackmail, or threatening towards me I will never ever go over there again. It made me as a black woman, feel uncomfortable and unvalued for the work I’ve been doing for 4+ years. I have ran my own catering business in the past and this is something I do part-time, which after today I am stopping cold turkey a person should never be threatened or blackmailed just forgiving their personal opinion and I think if this owner at 1323 Military Highway in Pineville, Louisiana knew that, he wouldn’t have went to such links to discourage me. And I will never ever go back to this place. However, the business will continue to suffer, because they will never take responsibility for their mistakes, their rudeness and how they do business.
