Must have something to hide if they won't knock on the door to let you know that they were turning off the water.. After I specifically asked to be present when they serviced my well, they turned the water off without notifying us. The washer was running with no water. The kitchen sink didn't work. I spent a half hour under the sink changing batteries and checking the wires. Apparently when he finished, he leaves a voicemail saying that no one was home. When I called ******* the owner, he acted like I was wrong for wanting to witness the work. He told me never to call back. Apparently he was not interested in customer satisfaction.

Last year Mr. ******** contacted our company to do a yearly service on his filter system at his home. Our technician went out and tried to contact the owner to let them know we were on the way to service the filter. (It is a requirement that someone be home to pay the invoice after the service is done). We do occasionally work for some of our long-term customers who have to work and can't be there at the time of service. We will then bill them later as we have done for 52 years in business!

I told our service tech to go ahead and do the service and bill them. Mr. ******** accused us of not even being there to do the service and said we did not perform the service that his wife was home and saw no one! He later checked his security cameras and saw we were there and did the service as we said. We have never in my 17 years been accused of this type of situation and we pride ourselves on our record and customer base. Only by this customer, Not once, but twice now. We do not want to work for anyone who would doubt our trust in any way. We do not feel comfortable working for someone like this. I failed to note his case in our system last year when it happened the first time. We normally flag this type of behavior in our system and put the customer on a DO NOT WORK FOR list.  I told Mr. ******** we do appreciate his past business and that he would not be charged for the service performed yesterday 6/5/23 and to not contact us again for any services. (The conversation was recorded by my in-cab video/audio system in my vehicle when Mr. ******** called my cell phone)
