I have requested on numerous occasions for this business to furnish a list of specific ***** products used for this roofing job so that I can file with ***** in order to get the warranty on the shingles and other ***** products he may have used. I have requested this information verbally and in writing via texts many many times! I have been assured over and over the information would be forthcoming. It has been 4 months since we signed the quote and paid the first deposit and we have been unable to get what we need from him in order to register with ***** for our roof warranty.Business response

The information was sent to Mr. ******** on November 10, 2023. We had not heard back from him since and assumed he had received his paperwork. We again sent his paperwork in January only this time certified to make sure he Received it.Customer response

On 5/16/2022 signed contract to get a metal roof installed. Job started on are around 09/01/2022. on 09/10/2022 one of the roofers fell through my roof and ceiling. There are cracks throughout my entire house near the ceiling and crown molding from the job they did. I have been asking him to fix these things since 09/10/2022 and he keeps saying hes gonna come on a day and then doesn't. He was supposed to come today, and didn'tBusiness response

The repairs have been made and, all we’re doing now is attempting to get it to match exactly like what he has. We are limited to days that he allows us to go in some days he’s available and we are not and vice versa. As far as the cracks in the ceilings go, when I asked about this issue, he advised that it was only the a few crown molding’s where the caulk had separated from the crown mounding. We are trying to finalize his patch job this week.Customer response
