I'd like to begin the with the reason for my skepticism. During the 2016 Great Flood of Louisiana, my home endured 3.5 feet of water, along with thousands of other homes, and if that were not enough twice I was scammed out of thousands of insurance money between two contractors, back to back, as a result my marriage was torn, enough said. Then Hurricane Ida came through the town of Baker and with her went half of my roof, though 2016 has long gone the scares remained. Needless to say, hiring certain contractors was simply out of the question, no need to elaborate there. Despite my past frustrations, something assured me that I was making the right decision, this time. Little by little my nerves were put to rest as Mr. ****** kept me posted concerning every change, however small. I can give several examples, but the one thing that stood out was the fact that Mr. ****** admitted to a miss calculation on his part and chose not to pass the financial burden down to me, the customer. Well, the next day the temperature dropped then came the rain, then to my surprise I received a text message asking if everything was o k with the roof? All I can say is not enough good to give justice to this type of service with a caring touch, A Class Above Roofing, you truly are A CLASS ABOVE. Thank you for restoring hope, I am still cautious, but hopeful, may God take you and your company to greater levels of success, again thank you.
