So I'm going to start off by saying this , these people are complete crooks i was originally supposed to move in like March 15th i went to get my keys which nobody had never called and notified me about anything i got there i was told all move in dates were moved to april 1st coke april 1st nobody never contacted me about anything once again i called it was more bull the apartment wasn't even ready so i asked for my deposit the lady's that were in there had never even processed one of my money orders which was for 300 i ended up having to bring in another one that was for 180 along with that 300 one so she claims she had to put it in so that i can get all of it back together she told me it would take 30 days but now all of a sudden everytime I'm calling you can never get an answer or an email back and when i finally get a hold to them it's "oh we didn't have a forwarding address , i didn't put your name on list" and so on WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT IS WAS PENDING NOW it's 60-90 days it's no way it takes that long for them to issue out a check when it didn't take them that long to try and get my money i am beyond frustrated with this whole situation because that's my money that could've still been in my pocket and I'm ready to take it to courtBusiness response

Found the apartment with magnolia trace the beginning of February 2022 this year i was called in 3 times to put down more deposits because of my credit that totaled $655.00. Ok I did, I was called to move in 6 times I showed up the apartment still wasn't available to move in, this is April 2022 now an its still not ready I'm spending all my money in a hotel with 4 kids money's running out 2 of children are graduating an I called this morning an it's still not ready an I told them I don't have any more extra funds for any more deposits anywhere else an they told me it was a 30 day process to get my deposit back. But I brought all my deposit money to them back in February 2022 when they asked for it. Also now it's new management in the office so I don't know what's going on I need someone to help with this problem. ThanksBusiness response

I applied at Magnolia Trace Apartments In February of 2022 and was denied. upon applying I had to pay a $35 app fee (per adult 18yrs or older) and a $300 deposit. I was denied and when I went back to pick up my deposit **** the Apartment Manager said They couldn't give the money order back to me because it was filled out they would have to mail it to me. 2-3 weeks pass I haven't received a deposit. When i would call they will say that it wasn't refunded in the system yet and they didn't know why saying that, that never happen before. so i went back some days later they say its a glitch in the system they working on it. its been about or over a month now, I finally get a call asking for an address to send the check to and I still haven't received my check.Business response

It started about a few months ago when I couldn't pay my rent because my job cut my hours. Because of that, EBR Emergency Solutions paid my balance and paid my rent up for April, May, July, August, September, and October, and late fees were not suppose to have been added to my balance. Now she's saying that I owe 1800, and I'm still not understanding where that is coming from, and now she is trying to say that my balance is 2600 and I'm still not getting where it's coming from.
