These apartments were never fully finished being renovated. Since I moved in these apartments in August there have been several maintenance issues that have gone unaddressed. I have been having a gaping hole in the ceiling of my wall since I moved in and it has never been fixed. Since then several bugs and rodents have been able to get into my apartment and numerous amounts of my clothes and belongings were damaged in rainstorms that have commenced. I have also told them that my sink leaks profusely every time I wash dishes and the floor has started to buckle because of it. Every time I call or put in a maintenance request it is ignored. There are empty units that are being squatted in by local homeless folks and I have had my truck broken into twice and numerous packages stolen front my front door. I have asked them several times to get security or a gate to secure the premises and they have refused. Recently my lease was up and the apartments never contacted me about a renewal. 24 days after taking my deposit to satisfy June rent, ( I refused to pay because they refused to fix anything) they turned off my utilities despite having gotten my rent via my deposit. Additionally my water has gone off and been off for days at a time when I was paying my rent on time and I was given no recourse or discount on my rent. Now that I told them I am moving due to my lease being up and them not fixing any of the maintenance issues now they want to turn my water off out of retaliation.
