After purchasing the Gold package back in September of 2022. I paid over 1,700 dollars for a product I was shown a video from a employee named *****, about the protection and durability that I would be getting. After about 9 months I was completely dissatisfied and reached out to H20 auto Spa (my package had a life time warranty) I then delt with ***** and ***** because ***** no longer worked with the company. I expressed my concerns and after ***** not reaching back in a timely manner, I filed a complaint with the BBB andI left a negative review on Google. Then I was contacted about a solution for the problem. Brought my truck in to have the coating removed and recoated. I recently got a few scuffs in the garage and reached out to H2O auto spa and spoke to *****. Brought my truck in for annual inspection and upon picking ot up was told the areas of concern were too deep and couldn't be fixed. Now keep in mind my truck don't get driven as I have a company vehicle and completely unaware what caused the scuffs, I am certain from the video I was shown where they do a lighter striker scratch test, that whatever caused this wasn't as aggressive as the demonstration shown on the video. When I picked up my truck today from *****, as I expressed how extremely unhappy and dissatisfied i was ever purchasing this services, as well as what I was originally sold on from *****. All ***** could say is ***** is no longer with the company, which translates to 'OH Well" to me. She did discount the annual inspection from 150 to 100. Honestly this dose nothing for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if anyone is considering getting their vehicle ceramic coated, DONT especially at H2O auto spa! Hopefully someone reaches out with a solution to my problem.
