We were charged $160. This seemed high so we’ve been trying to get answers for two days and still have not been provided an itemized receipt. No prices were ever listed on drinks and we were not informed that they were going to charge 21% gratuity. We tipped on top of this because we never were aware. Additionally today two days later we were charged a random $40 and still haven’t received an explanation other than just wait and see if it drops off. No one has provided us with drink prices. We paid an additional $20 for tickets into the speakeasy and we were told to leave 1 hour and 20 mins after getting there so they could welcome new guests. We were never told we had a time limit and the lines were so long and the wait for the food and drink was so long we had to rush to finish and we never really got to enjoy the establishmentBusiness response

Hi there!
Reservations for the tunnel are made online- it is a reservation only venue. When someone makes a reservation, they are notified of cancellation policy as well as the automatic gratuity before they select their time (example is attached)-
Drinks and food menus are available to guests on site and show pricing.
If a guest orders something off the menu, they absolutely can verify the cost with the bartender but typically the bartender does not communicate the charge unless asked which seems to be customary in our area.
They were charged for what they ordered. The gratuity was automatically added which is lawful and was communicated.
