    She canceled my appointment and sent me a unprofessional text message. She also posted our message on social media with out my consent and didn't refund me my money.

    As stated in the conversation I had with you before, my flight was overbooked and I am stuck in Dallas. I notified you as soon as I was told by the airline that I cannot get on my flight. You lied about scheduling weeks in advance when I did not open that specific date until approximately 2 weeks ago. I also told you over the phone that you'll be compensated and I also provided text evidence that your money was transferred. Tomorrow will be my third day at an airport trying to get back home to my family and of course conducting business. Have a blessed day.

    I never lied about scheduling two weeks in advance, I do have a receipt, you are also very unprofessional because you post my text messages all over social media and I have the proof. Be more professional and stop showing customer text messages without their consent, for clout.

    Wasn't that what I stated in the previous comment? That date was only opened two weeks ago. I would have gladly rescheduled your appointment because that was the whole point of contacting you in the first place. Telling me that you took off from your job weeks ago was not going to change the fact that I was stuck in Dallas. Your hair still was not going to be done on Friday because my flight did not leave until Friday. I was at the airport for 3 days. Also lying to the BBB that your deposit was not refunded is unethical. FYI your message was not posted for clout, your personal information was nowhere on those screenshots. The only person that knew that those were your words is you. Maybe you should tap into your "human" element from time to time and try to put yourself in someone else's shoe that's facing a crisis. You were very rude and dismissive in your message tone hence the reason I chose not to do business with you. You adding to my anxiety of trying to figure out how to make it home to my family was only making the situation worse. Have a wonderful day
