Scam business! I’d give them -5 stars if possible. The sold me a dress they said was sold out before they could send it. Told them to refund me, but instead they’ve charged me the price of the dress TWICE. They need to be shut down.

We have supporting documentation of the purchase and email correspondence between our Orders Team and customer above. An order was placed online on Thursday 1/4/24 for $35.42 for a dress in size small. There was an initial authorization for that amount, then an actual charge for the same amount. equalling one charge of $35.42, not $80. We sent an email on 1/5/24 stating that the size small had oversold, but that we had a size medium available if interested, instead a refund was chosen. We followed up Saturday morning 1/6/24 that the refund had been processed and that it could take up to 2-3 business days for the refund to appear. Today being 1/9/24 (which has only been 2 business days since the refund was processed), our orders team received a profanity filled email and then this BBB review. If you can contact your cc company you will see that there is only one charge from us for $35.42. We use Shopify and don’t have control over payment amounts charged. If you don’t see the refund by tonight, you should see the refund tomorrow as stated in our 1/6/24 email sent. From our perspective, we followed up promptly and professionally offering another size and refund. We have been in business for over 20 years and it still is disheartening to see a review like this. Once you see your refund and realize you were only charged once, hopefully you can update this review.
