              A wet ink signed contract between me (********* **** *******) and Transfinancial does not exist to obligate me to pay them anything. According to Privity of Contract, a contract cannot confer rights or impose obligations on anyone who is not part of the original contract. HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) also grants me the right to prevent third parties from accessing my medical records or privacy information. I do not recall giving ***** ***** ******* ******* ****** permission to release my medical information to a third party (Transfinancial Companies). I ********* **** ******* prepared this form. These are my original words and are clear for anybody to understand.

              I called this company several times on a hospital bill from Dec 2021 bill on my son. I never got a bill in the mail and my son is also on medicaid. They have no phone number for this company that had this bill. I emailed the help desk never got a response. I called the hospital and physician billing number since the physician has separate billing everyone states I owe no bills. This is a minor child that always had insurance my credit should not be punished over a bill I can't even track down.
