I've consistently had issues with my wooden gate and I can't seem to get Scott Fence USA, LLC to take my calls seriously or send someone out to make repairs. I purchased my gate in the Summer of 2020. Since then, I've had to call them about recalibrating the lift so that the gate aligns flush with the fence. Perhaps the gate is too heavy because it is constantly dragging the ground. I've called about that too. The last service call was to replace bolts that were sheared. They literally snapped causing the gate to once again drag. Most recently, I've called with empty promises that someone would come out. Meaning, I called Monday (12/27) and was told someone would come out on 12/28 and they were no call/no show. This has happened multiple times. The entire lift has detached from the gate because the bracket/braces that hold the gate frame to the posts in the ground are no longer holding the weight of the gate. It's just stuck. I've called a few times following Hurricane Ida and no one will come out. I'm not asking to be made a priority over any other customers, just to simply be put on the schedule and for them to come when they say they will come but I can't get that much. I'd like to come up with some sort of solution but Scott Fence seems to not be interested in working with me.Business response

But this one was done at no charge to customer !!
