In May of 2021, Mr. ********* allowed his workers to live in the building while being constructed because their house burned. This was without my consent. While living in the property they stole the refrigerator.
In October 2022, I was being sued and discovered from an attorney that there was a lien against myself and the property because Mr. ********* had not paid the company he contracted to do the concrete work. this took months to settle and remove the lien.
Mr. ********* has inflated invoices for work that has not been done. He has stated he has replaced old items with new items, that was not the case.
What Mr. ********* has been doing is and is continuing to do is dishonest and in my opinion fits the definition of defrauding his clients and the bank.
