Location: ***** ******* ** More than half of the order is illegible. For phone orders, business should provide customer with a copy of monogram font style of all letters included in the order, either by text or email. Customer was not provided this information. Customer was also not advised regarding refund/exchange policy. Business was unwilling to pull thread to reprint; also unwilling to redo the order. Requesting refund of $102.91 as items are illegible and unusable. (Transaction date 5/27/23. Receipt 851406).Business response

******* placed a customer monogram order over the phone on 5/27/2023. She asked the staff to select a font and thread that would look good on the 6 bags selected. She gave a description of what styles she liked and the associate selected the options that best suited her needs. Our staff made ******* aware of the policy on custom monogram items which is “ Because your monogrammed item is personalized for you, all sales are final and refunds or exchanges will not be provided”. When ******* came in to pick up her order she was not satisfied with font. Due to our policy, we did not refund or exchange the items, we did however give her a 20% off discount for her order. $25.73 was credited back to her card on 5/30/23 for the 20% discount.
