      On 1/2/24 Process started off seamless. I was extremely impressed initially they were moving with great speed and ease. It was only until I got to the new location things went really wrong really fast. Things that I had initially pointed out were left behind. They got the moving truck stuck in mud and only one of the two movers was still actively moving items in. The owner/operator comes out to assist when I went to greet and speak with him he tells me “he’s pissed off and doesn’t feel like talking”. The banister at the bottom of the stairs was broken and when I realized it tried to fix it as best as possible when I reached out the owner he was argumentative as he was on the night of the move. Extremely rude contests any of the items and issue I addressed was not regarded with the level of professionalism as a client and pretty much called a liar. If something isn’t noticeably broken and breaks in the process of the move I can not fault accidents but to yell and berate people is incredibly irresponsible and rude there’s so much more I could say about this but it’s not enough words to describe how poorly done this move was and especially in a situation of duress. Highly wouldn’t recommend. Only reason I don’t rate a 0 was it’s not an option. None of what I was expecting was delivered. I even had to make preparations to return to retrieve my missing items.

      Not one piece of furniture was damaged during the move. The customer pointed out no damages prior to us leaving, truck was stuck due to weight of truck and trying to park closer to customer home to save time. Truck was removed by tow truck after being stuck. Customer paid for 3hrs for her move although the move took 5-6 hrs due to her being on a limited budget and not wanting to spend more than the minimum of 3 hours of labor. I did not charge her any additional time, to accommodate the truck being stuck. Again nothing was damaged during customer move. Customer did not have wooden dressers, tables, or anything that could be damaged. We literally moved 2 beds and 100 bags. Customer was initially happy until she saw her move was going over 3hrs then had so many complaints. No we did not make a 2nd trip as customer was way over time, did not want to pay for additional time, the only thing left behind was 1 picture, 1ps5. Customer didn't mention these items prior to us leaving and did not want to pay for additional time. Was charged 3hrs on a 5hr move and is currently trying to get entire move free. The school paid for her entire move so not sure why she is trying to get any money back and she didn't even pay for her move
