            I am very disappointed with the service I received. Very conflicting information and documentation from multiple representatives. I was advised by one rep. a cheaper contractor. Which i did. They informed me later after using the contractor, that they could not pay me for the repairs, first reason was because, i paid less for the repairs than Access estimates. The second reason, a few months I received another letter indicating they could not pay me because they had paid me. I requested a copy of the check and date i was paid $9.XXXXt. I made multiple calls and sent emails, with no return correspondence. It shouldn't be this complicated. I have been so patient with the representatives. but each one is giving me different information. It is very unfortunate to have insurance coverage, and they file bankruptcy and to have to now deal with insurance adjusters.
