            I signed up in June 2022. As I did not know which massage therapists fit my needs, I tried with 3 different therapists. While they are all wonderful people, none of them can provide the type of massage I'm looking for. I don't feel like spend more time and money on massages that I'm not satisfied with. I called and emailed the manager ([email protected]) asking if can get my un-used sessions refunded but she refused to do so.

            I have called the Longfarm location in Baton Rouge multiple times to cancel my membership - Jan 22nd, Feb. 8th, 12th, 23rd, and 26th. I also sent an email on Feb 27th. Call log attached. I was told each time that the manager ***** would send the cancellation over to me via email since unable to make it into office. I have still not received this form as of Feb. 29th.
