      I placed an order on July 12th 2023 for $44.71 and my order was confirmed and have still yet to receive it. I messaged the company on July 22nd because I had not gotten any shipping information. I messaged again on July 26th. On August 9th the company messaged me back they asked for afew extra business days to fulfill my order and apologized for the inconvenience. August 9th I replied saying thank you for the update and I looked forward to trying their product. August 10th the company replied thanking me for my patience and stated my order would be going out shortly. On August 9th I also received an email stating my ticket was resolved. I replied telling them it was not. On August 19th and 30th I asked again for any updates on my order. On September 6th and told the company I very much had looked forward to trying their product but at that point if they couldn’t update me then just give me my money back. Now January 17th 2024 I’ve still not heard back from the company, received my order, or my money back.

      I placed an order in June and never got a confirmation or a shipping date. I have emailed several times and hear nothing back, I have paid for the product and have received nothing.

      I placed an order with Her Candy Shop in April never received my order I contacted them in June and July about it they sent me a tracking number but saying the post office is saying it's lost so i reordeed and asked for a refund thought it might have been really lost they wouldnt give me a refund and when I tried the tracking number they gave me on my first order it shows it never existed they were giving me no real answers with their emails and that's the only way to contact them now it's been almost 6 month and still no response

      I have made two orders, only received tracking for one which the product never reached the facility. And now the tracking is unavailable.

      I paid $58.70 for products on 11/15/22 which I received multiple emails with confirmation and tracking though never received my product. I emailed customer service 3 times and never heard back. I received a new tracking number then a new email that every order was cancelled. I never received a refund. This business is a scam effecting many individuals.

      I placed a order and never received my order I have left messages upon messages no answer I went to there Instagram account where they are posting everyday but they can't answer their messages doesn't make any sense I just want my money back and what I paid for shipping I don't even want the product.
