On June 5th I ordered 3 watermelons approximately $64. I received a confirmation email saying they received the funds but no follow up regarding delivery. On June 10th emailed them. No response. June 12th I called, someone texted me back and said it would be delivered the next day. No delivery. They were not communicating with me a plan of action so I asked for a refund. They asked if I have cash app or do I want to be refunded through website. I said website, I don’t have cash app. On the 18th of June they asked do I have Zelle. I advised I do not and for them to send me a check. On the 22nd they asked for my mailing address. I provided it. On June 24 th, I asked that they just mail me a check. They said ok. On the 26th I asked that they tell me when it’s mailed. They said they will keep me updated and I hadn’t heard from them since. They have been dragging me along regarding that and now it’s been over a month. No further contact has been had and at this point I’m positive they have done this to others. If you can’t deliver to Laplace and your primary form of payment is Cashapp, then it should be made known so that people like myself can respectfully pass on your products.Initial Complaint

I ordered wild-caught catfish and marinated smoke salmon dip from Sweet Jones Farms on Aug. 19. 2022. I received an invoice showing I paid $60.57 with shipping. I have emailed and called Sweet Jones Farms to check on the status of this order without response. The order was to be received by Sept. 18. Sweet Jones Farms website is no longer in service.
