Southern Home Improvement Center is not honoring its commitment of repairs under warranty. Leaks on my patio has existed for longer than a year and I'm worried that it will begin to cause other problems. When I call Southern Home I'm always told that my concerns will be passed on to the insulation manager who never calls. I'm frustrated with the leak and waiting.Business response

We have been in contact with the customer regarding her repairs, and have been able to send out a repair crew to look over the issues Mrs. ******** has been experiencing. Unfortunately, Mrs. ********'s labor warranty has expired but out of good business practices we are willing to help resolve the leaks. Also, repairs were attempted by an outside source before our crew was sent out to address the problems and this has made repairing the leaks difficult to fix. Mrs. ******** did follow up with us regarding the leaks again and we are waiting on the weather to clear before sending the installers out to address her issues further.
