My wife and I brought our Toy Poodle in for just a bath. I checked her in at 7:30am we call around 11:00 am to see if she was ready they told us the lady was finishing up on her. We called back around 12:30 the person still couldn’t give us any information on when she will be ready. Finally having enough, my wife and I when there the lady at the desk still did not know when she will be ready now it’s 1:30pm We asked her to go back there and find out what’s going on. The lady never started on Tee Tee and had her caged up from 7:30am and they lied to us on the phone. We asked for the manager to file a complaint. No manager never showed up. Our, dog looked a mess like they just took her out of water and gave her to us. She was not combed out or even dried completely. Today I called to see if I could let the manager know what happened and the lady that answered the phone said she in a meeting and will call you back. Until this day no one has called me back and I can never speak to the manager. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

11/29/2022 We put our small white French Bulldog in Pet Plaza for boarding while we figure out our living arrangements due to us finding another home to stay in and where we at we can’t have him there which sucks. We had him there since 11/02/2022 for boarding and took him out 11/29/2022 which I’m pleased with customer service but the boarding part I’m truly disappointed with the service and I’m highly upset with the way they treated him he went in with weight on him his fur White and he came out looking like he barely ate and it looks like he hasnt been cleaned the whole time being there, not to mention that under his eyes be a little pink due to his skin being folded there but it looked red almost brown like it hasn’t been wiped or cared for because he’s a white dog ! It looked like he urinated where he was sleeping and he layer in it and he still had poop around his butt part. We called countless of times checking on him making sure he’s doing good and we also asked could we come visit and see him they told us No due to him thinking he’ll go home but we should have been firm on seeing him! We I told them about my concern and complaint about his stay they told me due to us not putting we wanted him washed because that’s an extra fee he was not cleaned his whole stay ! I’m infuriated about this , we trusting into this company thinking that’ll at least treat him right all the other comments were nice and positive but when it comes to Us I feel like we are robbed out him enjoying his stay and all they can do is give a complimentary bath and we spent close to $1,000 for his stay and they can’t even compensate money back for that that’s Bold and Im not Pleased with anything they will offer unless we’re being paid for they way he was mistreated and neglected! I’m posting a picture of when we got him vs when he went in !
