(Order #9ECDF) I really am wondering if this is how Uber Eats and Sunshine's place makes their money off of thieving and STEALING money from poor disabled people like myself. let me tell you exactly what happened;here on June 22nd I placed an order to a restaurant called Sunshine's place who I'll subsequently be filing a better Business bureau complaint against them as well after this one I made an order after 11:00 a.m. but hours before delivery -& to be delivered later at 2:00-3 p.m. at 3 something pm the driver calls me to let me know that Sunshine's place does not have any more crawfish now they saw my order way hours ahead of time so they had plenty of time to let me know that there was no crawfish and cancel the order but what they did-- they waited until the driver actually got there to let him know that there was no crawfish and I had to end up canceling the order because Sunshine's place wanted to sell me something ELSE and just wanted the MONEY they didn't give a damn if a poor DISABLED person was starving over here and that's how Uber Eats left me starving without my money talking about I cancel the order which is why they get to keep the money and I am telling you that's some BS because I offered them the drivers phone number everything that I could think to offer them in that moment to prove to them that I'm telling the truth and they just kept giving me the same generic excuse that they don't make refunds on cancellations I did not cancel the order because I didn't want it anymore I canceled the order because I was lied to and Sunshine's place was disreputable and dishonorable I'm the only one who didn't do anything wrong but I'm supposed to pay for it. This is probably how Uber got to be so big stealing money like this from POOR DISABLED people like me they are shameful & disgraceful & so is Sunshine's place!
