This taco bell is a literal joke. Placed a mobile order & headed to the restaurant. Waited in the parking lot until it said my order was ready. Went in & there were three people working in the back, none of which acknowledged that I was there. After a few minutes, I said excuse me and a girl moped over to me & I told her my name & that I had a mobile order and asked if she could check & see if it was ready like the app said. She never spoke to me, instead she walked away and continued what she was doing which was what seemed to be stocking straws. An older couple entered and was waiting at the counter to order & a girl came over after a while & asked if they had a mobile order & the man said he hasnt even ordered yet. She told him he had to use the kiosk & he had no idea what that even was. He had to be in his 70's. Everyone in the kitchen started busting out laughing at him. I asked why she couldnt use her register to take his order and she laughed & said "we dont use those no more". I asked about my food again & she called for someone in the back and said "you gotta come out here and help". The girl that came from the back came and got my receipt and asked the others if they knew where this order was. The cook immediately grabbed it from ON TOP of the heat lamp. The same bag I noticed when I first got here, now 20 minutes ago. Got home, hard taco was completely mush and all food was cold. My fiance brought the hard taco back (we only live 2 minutes from restaurant) and showed them how disgusting it was and that it's sad that no one wants to do their job. I was not looking for a refund. She offered one after using the excuse that they were busy. They were not at all.... She also said "it was a mobile order, once we make it we put it under the lamp". Yeah but I am supposed to go back there & grab it from the kitchen myself when no one wants to even come give it to me?? Ive had a few horrible experience with employees mocking customers. Worst TB ever. Shut it down
