I hired Blanco Roofing to make repairs to my roof and patio cover after Hurricane Ida. There were two places where water was leaking into my office which is included in my home. They came out and said that they had identified the problem and would make the necessary repairs for $1250.00. I agreed with the price. Before they got started the price increased to $1500.00. Again, I agreed and when work was completed, paid them. Work began and they said they had completed the repairs to what they said were causing the two leaks A week later we had a hard rain and not only were the two original leaks still leaking but now I had a third leak. Now they say the metal screws in the aluminum are leaking because the gaskets around the screws are dry rotted. They were supposed to come out the next day to seal the screws but never showed up. I have contacted them regarding the leaks and went to their office in an effort to resolve this issue to no avail. Roof is still leaking and I'm out $1500.00. I would never recommend Blanco Roofing to anyone. My Insurance Company, ************Insurance has provided absolutely no help. Feel like I have been ripped off twice. First by Blanco Roofing and then by Progressive Insurance Co.

Terrible customer service. This company has kept me waiting 2 1/2 weeks to have a simple roof repair done and haven't bother to call or contact me in any way. I have had to call them 3 times over the last 2 1/2 weeks only to be told that I was on the list for that day or that week and NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP TO DO MY REPAIR. Now, I'm in a situation where my repair is not done and we are facing a possible Cat. 3 Hurricane coming our way. I am very surprised that you have given them an A+ rating. Their treatment of their customers is terrible. No courtesy, not professional, and obliviously don't care about their customers. Terrible way to run a business. I will not recommend them to any one I know and will pass on my experience with them to all I know.
