    Ordered thru DD & added extra toppings, some light and double checked & went thru the list & asked the sandwich be cut in fourths. I noticed when I got it, lettuce was missing instead of heavy lettuce, no mustard was on there, oil and vinegar was missing but red vinaigrette was on there in its place & I NEVER order that, the sandwich was cut in half not fourths, there was no extra pickles or tomatoes as requested, I paid these fees such as small order fee, DD delivery fee even though I have a DD account I shouldn’t have had to pay that & it didn’t show up on my DD transaction history, other fees & taxes were added in addition to what I ordered. That nasty red vinaigrette was overpowering the sandwich that was made with bell pepper, spinach, meat, cheese, a light tomato & light pickle only! I was told the manager would be informed & I could come get a refund tomorrow or get another sandwich made. I went today & saw the manager. She said you ordered red vinaigrette so you can’t get a refund. She held my receipt away from me. I told her my order was messed up as I had missing topping & was not cut as directed plus I did NOT order the vinaigrette. She said there it is in black and white. You not getting your money back. She was loud and unprofessional & there were about five other customers in the store. As I left she sarcastically said have a nice day! I deserve an apology from subway on behalf of this woman’s behavior & my money back! I did EVENTUALLY hear from Subway, after SEVERAL attempts to get someone. Two people contacted me by email with nothing but an apology for MY error! They did not apologize for the manager’s behavior. I got a refund & I got a $20 e-gift card for my troubles. In my opinion is not enough to cover everything I’d gone through dealing with that manager & the poor responses I got. We’re talking about a month it took to get this taken care of! So no, I’m not completely satisfied with the service & response I received from Subway.
