Never in a million years would I recommend anyone use Sherwood appliances! I bought a Samsung washer from ****** Lowe’s uses Sherwood for warranty claims in the Baton Rouge area. The washer was looked at 3 times and brought to there shop to be fixed…. It’s still not fixed. They closed the claim. The owner refuses to tell ******to replace it (even though it’s absolutely no money lost to them) so I’m out to buy a new washer. I never do these google reviews, but this is one business I wish I never came in contact with. I’d rather spend $1100 on a new washer then let them touch this one again and that says something! Be very wary of warranties offered by ******also in the Baton Rouge Area. I’ve never felt so violated by a business in my life. It’s nothing against the employees there, they were all actually nice and very pleasant to deal with. **** was excellent. The machine is just not fixable and the owner will not admit it. But that’s okay. I’d rather spend my hard earned money than deal with Ronnie or Sherwood ever again. It’s honestly not worth the trouble. But hopefully I can save one of you this same trouble and headache.

I purchased a washer,dryer,deep freezer and icebox and I’ve been having problems with the washer first o was told not to use Hot water due to something built inside so the some part that had to be replaced previously is the same recurring problem so I called and scheduled for someone to come out and when they contacted me the owner son was very rude and disrespectful to me I’m 66 years and my 44 year old son witnessed this man racist behavior towards me his dad who is the owner set an appointment to send someone to come out and the son told his dad that he wasn’t coming out to my home to fix my washer my son went to talk to him to resolve the problem and once again the owner son talked to my son in a disrespectful manner I had to tell my son to leave and not worry about it but to say you’re not sending nobody to come fix my appliances is not right and his customer service skills are awful

Sherwood Television and Appliance is absolutely horrible with customer service. On August 23, 2022, I've contacted Sherwood TV & Appliance to come out and service my washing machine since it had black spots on my clothes. The gentlemen came out in August 2022, and told us we need a part for the oil pump. Unfortunately, I did not hear from them, so I contact them on January 4, 2023, January 9th, 2023, and on January 12, 2023, no one showed up to repair my washing machine. So, I notified Lowe's how poor their customer service was and lack of responsibility to repair my washing machine. Then on Friday, January 13th, they called me saying they would contact me next week, and would repair my machine either Wednesday, January 18th or Thursday, January 19th and that DID NOT HAPPENED!!! This is a fraud business. This contactor is listed as one of Lowe's contractors when you get the Lowe's Protection Plan. So be careful if you get the Protection Plan with Lowe's. I also contacted Lowe's numerous times to make several complaints, unfortunately they cannot send another vendor out to repair my washing machine because Sherwood has my complaint ticket OPENED... Which is unbelievable...

This company advertises that they service what they sell - but they DON'T. We bought an extended warranty on our dishwasher, and they have given us the runaround for two years. They told us the parts were on backorder (and so many other "stories"). They finally told us the warranty company authorized replacement of the dishwasher, but months later, it still hasn't come in. When we finally contacted the warranty company directly, we learned that they had not even ordered the parts, and they were never given authorization to replacement the dishwasher. The warranty company sent another repair service out, and the parts were ordered and arrived within the week.
