Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear of your frustrating experience, and I appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Due to privacy regulations, we are limited to who we can discuss specifics with without prior patient approval. We are committed to providing high quality care and take your feedback seriously. I can assure you that we have discussed this issue at length with our team members. We are working to improve our efficiency for providing excuse notes so that we can avoid these kinds of problems in the future. I hope that the solution provided to you when you spoke with our Clinical Manager was satisfactory.
