The date of the transaction was Feb 28,2024 And the other day is march 28,2024 When I first got my car from Mardys they told me I was putting 3,000 down I just realized a few days ago that I was charged 3100 and I went and got my oil changed on march 28 and they told me that I had a oil leak ! I called marty’s and the guy was rude over the phone so I then told me I was gonna talk to him about it when I made it to pay my car note so i went to pay the note he told me to come in ! so I went to the door and we were talking and I told him I was the one that called I had came to pay my car note & discuss the oil problem ! so I reached the guy with the dreads 1500 cash he said hold up im going get yo receipt and stuff so im like ok . then he turns around and was like oh hold up your car up for repo you have to give me yo keys while i complete the transaction and stuff so im like oh no im coming in and see so he made me sit at the table I was on the phone with my momma and my friend was there he then went closed his door and had me waiting for about 1 hour so I was like wats going on is everything ok ! they guy then was like im closing the account out you was rude and you never made a payment on the car ! I can’t deal with you if you don’t leave im calling the police ! I had my 9 month old with me so im like what did I do you ! he then went and called everyone telling them my car was up for repo and I didn’t make any payments but if that’s so why you didn’t send anyone to get the car or call me about not making payments ! I literally was honest and just want my money back from Mardy’s they are very unprofessional and they don’t need to run no business at all ! no one should ever have to experience this !!! The whole business should be SHUT DOWN ! they have broke cars !!!! and the workers are very very rude ! they are all son and daughter in there ! im not the first to complain !!!! do the research they all over for scamming ! like what dealership just close someone account
