I in-house financed on 2/23/24. On 2/25/24 I brought the car back to dealer. The reason being is that the car was driven only 5 mph and making an extremely loud noises and dash read transmission overheating. Dealer told me car was running funny due to it having a small engine. I drove the car back home in those conditions. The next day car wouldn’t even start. I went and rented a car. Then went back to dealer explaining the issue with the car. He got a loaner car from lot and followed me to my residence. Then he tried cranking the car it took approximately 10-15 mins. to even get it crunk. He left the loaner car at my home. He drove the car back to car lot and I followed him. It took us 2 hrs. to get back to the lot. Then he told me it was the transmission and he would order another one. So he told me he would call once they finished. He kept telling he car almost 3 weeks. He called on 3/22/24 saying card was ready. I came and got the car. The next day 3/23/24 the car was running worst than before. The car idles so loud when you hit the gas but barely driven going about 5 mph. The car noise is so loud I don’t know if it the motor or transmission. I call dealer once again and brought the car back. The dealer grabs a car machine and get in the car crank it then clear all warnings lights off. Then proceeds to get on interstate basically trying to show me other wise. Of course it didn’t act up because he cleared those lights. Now we are back at the shop he tell me he doesn’t see anything wrong with the car. He left car running and I drove back home. Once I made it home and killed car it wouldn’t crank for like 20mins. I got it to crank and it’s running so bad a child walking can pass this car up. Now I feel like he trying not to take care of the problem. He never show any receipts from where he change the transmission. I’m tried of trying to resolve the issue. Everytime I have came to him. He always have tried to over talk me or brush off the issue with this car.
