This company has provided very poor communication and barriers to updating account information therefore making timely payments difficult. The company claims they mailed a letter of notification of turning off service which was never received and they cannot prove as said letter was not signed for or sent with confirmation via **** or any other mail delivery company. Regardless of not receiving this letter and large payment being made on account one week prior our water was shut off and reconnect fee of $100 was not waived. There have been many times I attempted to change water service however at my address the only option is utilities *** or to dig a well so I am forced to use a company that takes advantage of their customers because we have no other options
