Very unprofessional is literally all I can say. I purchased a wing to be put onto the rear of my vehicle. My vehicle stayed parked under a tree for a week when I kept getting the runaround about it being completed. I ordered and payed for a wing to be attached on my vehicle on 10/11/2022. Weeks went by that I did not hear from the owner. When I called about the wing weeks later, the owner stated that he had the wing in and that he lost my number (lies). When I setup an appointment to have my vehicle worked on, the owner provide me a date, but refused to give me a time on several call backs and text messages. When I finally was provided a time and date, I dropped my vehicle off to the shop 12/19/2022 and was told that my vehicle would be ready for pick the next day (12/20/2022) vehicle still not ready. Calls the owner, owner stated that he wanted my consent to drill holes in my car. (Was consent not given when I dropped it off ?) “Excuses” Passed by the shop a day later, vehicle still parked under the same tree, dropping dew brew onto my vehicle potentially ruining a $1,000 ceramic coat job on my vehicle. (No Security where my vehicle was parked ) I even picked my vehicle up (no wing attached) was told that the wing was at a collision shop being worked on. I was told by the owner that I could come back after Christmas and get the vehicle completed or have my money refunded. When I requested for my money ($279) back, I was told that a third party was going to refund me my money and still have not heard back from the owner. I would never recommend anyone bring their vehicle to this shop, unless you’re looking for disappoint and unprofessional behavior. Still waiting on the guy to refund me the money that has been weeks now. Until this day, I am still going to this shop to received my refund and get every excuse in the book when I will get my money back . I was supposed to be refunded my money on 01/09/2023.

I would like to update the incident status of this report stating that the owner of the business have refunded me my funds in the amount of $279.00 through Cashapp payment method on the listed date 01/10/2023 at 5:16pm CT.
