This business has terrible reviews on Google, and from those reviews alone, has cost animal's lives. Luckily my experience wasn't as bad. They wouldn't let me go into the building with my pet, kept me in a parking lot alone at night for three hours, didn't even examine my cat, and tried to force me to pay at minimum a thousand dollars for medication and antibiotics for something they haven't even tested her for. If I had listened to them, I would have given my cat medication that would have killed her or made her even more sick, because they wanted to medicate her for disease when she was just constipated. There was only one person staffing the entire building, and I didn't see the vet at all. At the beginning of the 'appointment' they took my drivers license and credit card and wouldn't give them back to me until I demanded that I have them returned along with my cat. They also made me wait an hour to get my cat back when I was there alone.Review from John M

Terrible place. Misdiagnosed our young dog with a snake bite, but pumped her with 9 different medications. Look up the definitions of them and what they are for. Ceftiofur...why would the diagnosis of a snake bite require this? Where did your so called PhD come from? Cracker Jack? Why not list a DDM? Just wondering. Almost $1000 for an INCORRECT diagnosis. Im ashamed i breathe the same air as this malpracticing "doctor" *********
My puppy, almost 18 months old, is fighting for her life. MANY people have list pets here.
There was NO DOCTOR ON SITE...
Isnt this illegal? Last I remember a medical facility MUST have a doctor on site at all times.

A pet emergency, is a very traumatic and emotional moment for all families that love their pets. Unfortunately in those situations, hysteria takes over people, and their emotions take the wheel. This hysteria and lack of emotional control explain the false information stated in the comment above, which holds no truth regarding our business, doctors, or staff. It does take some medical background to understand the pharmacokinetics and reasoning behind why medications are chosen. That is why doctors have doctoral degrees, we are fortunate enough to have some doctors here that have multiple doctoral degrees. We go above and beyond to provide everything that we find necessary for our patients and act as their advocates especially in situations where hysteria and emotions have taken over peoples rationality. We remain open 24 seven 365 days of the year so that we can provide care for pets in need. We would love to be at home with our families , but we make a sacrifice so that we can help. Stop villainizing what we do, as our profession has the number one suicide rate because of clients that post comments like these. We only pray that your puppy got the medical attention that it needed leaving our emergency facility, and that it is in better health now.Customer Response

Theres no proof a doctor was ever there. Random drugs thrown at my dog for a snake bite. Want the list? My wife is also degreed in pharmaceutical background. 7 of the 9 drugs pumped into my pet made ZERO sense. This is from my veterinarian and another emergency hospital that saved my family member. An emergency facility that has a stellar record and not 1 complaint of a dead pet. You were VERY quick to retort. As if you are ready and waiting to negate the claims. Tell the receptionist to say the doctor is on site, not called in for an emergency. Thats why no one is allowed inside. Not due to covid, but so you dont see theres no doctor. If covid was true...your employees would have been donned with masks.
