Brought in a new truck (2024 with less than 3,000 miles) after hail storm the end of May, 2024. Requested paintless dent removal (Bayou Dent who contracts with this facility). RedRiver Collision was responsible for disassembly of the truck for the dent repair. Bayou Dent did great job removing dents. RedRiver Collision did a very poor job with their portion of the job. Was obviously no attention to detail. One portion of rear truck bed required painting due to paint chipping with the dent removal. Paint color matches well but had an obvious tape line and clear coat is hazy, full of scratches, and requires a full paint correction. Multiple trim pieces scuffed and one handle cracked. Multiple scratches around the exterior of the truck. Trim piece on the door was loose with a bolt rounded out. Headliner had clip broken and hung low and rattled when driving. Vanity light on passenger visor did not illuminate. Truck was brought back twice where tape line was corrected and headliner and handle ultimately replaced, and visor fixed. When replacing headliner, windshield required removal and during reinstallation tint on the window was damaged requiring replacement. Nothing was done to correct the other scuffed trim pieces or hazy clear coat. After nearly three months, delay after delay, and excuse after excuse, I finally have my truck back. This place is obviously careless in the work they do and do not pay much attention to detail. If they cannot reassemble something as simple as a vanity light, it makes you wonder if the airbags are plugged in and functional if needed. If you have a vehicle that doesn't matter to you or you don't pay much attention to details, then this place will work; otherwise, you may want to look elsewhere.
