I brought in my 04 ford to have a radiator replaced along with motor work on 3/29/2024. On 4/10/2024 I was told my truck would be ready for pick up on 4/11. Around 9:30 on 4/11 I was called by the service manager ******* stating they ran into issues in regards to my thermostat housing. As they were trying to remove the housing they snapped a bolt flush with the housing. They preceded to drill out the bolt to tap the hole when they also broke off the drill bit in the housing. They told me I had to replace the crossover housing and it would be costly up to 1200 dollars. I told them they needed to fix it on their own seeing how they were the ones to damage the part.

I called Benton auto repair shop a last month about my car, I spoke with ***** told him I thought my starter was going out on my 2011 Chevy Impala described the issue of the stuttering while starting longer than usual start, Traction control light flashed, and check engine light flashing periodically. He said it sounded like a misfire to him. At which point I said okay then let me bring the vehicle in and y'all can take a look at what's going on. Took the car up there they had it over a week said it needed an tuneup and the oil pressure sensor changed I said great let's do it. Cost almost at 1000$ (Note: I have spent almost 12,000$ at this automotive shop on this car.) Now about 3 weeks it's still doing the same things except now it's got a new issue when I turn the key to start the car sometimes it won't even crank letting me know it is the STARTER going out! Just like I said in the first place...... I did call Benton road auto today to speak to the Owner ***** but was told he was working on a car ***** said then some other guy called me back but we need to speak to ***** about the issue. They said he would return my call never did. Please have ***** contact me and let him know how I would like to resolve the issue. Or if he has something else in mind call me.
