Have been a customer with Xtreme Media Solutions for >5 years for security monitoring that was already hardwired into the house during the building phase. We choose to use them for security monitoring and have not had any problems UNTIL we wanted to upgrade to cameras on the exterior of the house. Cameras and upgrades installed in July 2021 - over $3000 dollars of equipment and labor fees. Had multiple problems from day 2 - system was using WiFi for signal and cameras would go "off line" and doorbell not even ringing when someone pushed to notify us of their presence. Owner, ********** came out several times and would "fix" the problem only to have it reoccur within hours. Calls placed and again but stated he was ill. August 24, 2021 called him again and he stated was having post illness problems and could not not to us. Sept 30, 2021 called and he stated he was "swamped" and unable to get to us but equipment was under warranty. I had called x2 in September and was concerned he was going to tell us warranty was expired. November 30, 2021 spoke with him by text message. He stated equipment was under warranty December 12, 2021 - stated he was coming NO SHOW January 15, 2022 - sent ****** a text message (he will not answer my calls) and asked when would he be able to removed all 4 outside devices January 20, 2022 - sent me a text that his employee, ****** was on his way to removed equipment. ****** did show and removed equipment. I still had the doorbell camera box with instructions and extra hardware which I returned to ******. As of today, March 1, 2022, Xtreme Media will NOT take calls from my husband nor myself. He has the equipment AND our money. We cannot get any response from her nor "his" company and would appreciate any help possible
