I went through the car wash on 3/1/22, and it damaged the molding on my care. I went around and they found the part in the carwash. I went to the Nissan dealership, and Nissan gave the part cost. The manager on duty said it was too much, and they could get it at a lower cost in Texas. (I was fine as long as my car could be fixed). On 3/7, Cameron, store manager called and stated the part for my had come in. They had purchased a discounted replacement part. However, the part did not fit in the holes (it could not snap back on) It would require drilling. I did not want the car wash to drill, so I wanted a vendor who knew what they were doing. I took my car to the Nissan place to get the part put on. (My car is still damaged and not fixed still at this point - I only have a part) I went and paid Nissan to put the part on my car on 3/9 - $145.84. I took the invoice over to the Car wash and left it with the manager on duty. I have called back numerous times, but I have received no resolution to the refunding of the $145.84. Regardless of who fixed my car, the car was damaged at their property, and the cost of repairs should be paid by the company. I have been very nice about this issue and cordial, but they have taken my meekness for a weakness. They should not treat customers this way, and I need help to resolve this problem.
