Purchased in 2020 just prior to end of the year. The installation went well with certain issues. The underground power line was placed over a sprinkler head. They removed the head and made no effort to relocate. Found this issue and had to fix as they would not return calls. They placed the manuals on top of the unit and left. Manuals were destroyed by rain. Asked for replacement copies. Again they do not return my calls Requested someone to show me any owner related manual controls and operation information. Again no return to my calls.Business response

Not sure why it took a year to reach out. My company stands behind our work and will be willing to get Mr.***** the manuals he needs. They can reach to us anytime 24/7/365.
