I entered into a contract with LG Foundations and repairs to enclose a patio. This was my second time working with him. First job went smoothly (extending patio concrete slab). Enclosing the patio was a bigger job. The contract was signed 10/11/2022 to start within 4-5 days, I paid half of the cost as a down payment (that was not a smart thing to do). The start date bounced back and forth because of weather or the crew was catching up on another job. This went on through the new year. I thought I would have an enclosed patio by Thanksgiving. After the new year my calls were not answered, voice mail and text message responses were not answered. He left a voice message sometime in February 2023 (a Thursday) that said he would be out on Tuesday. I thought, "great, I am finally going to get this done". Unfortunately rain chances were high everyday the next week. That was the last I heard from him. All messages and calls, were ignored.Initial Complaint

Contacted **** at LG Foundation to extend our back patio. They began the process October 3rd and poured the concrete a few days later. After the concrete was poured (not finished, just poured) **** demanded the second half of the payment because he "needed to pay his guys." He said he would be back in a few days and never showed. **** was contacted MANY times by phone and text and when he did answer then his response was "we're busy but we'll get someone there." Even spoke with another guy named **** about the situation and still nothing was ever done. There is concrete ALL OVER the brick and the stucco on our house. We were quoted $16k by another company to have the concrete removed from the brick and stucco. The concrete that was poured is un even and holds water. We also brought that to ****'s attention and he said there's nothing he can do about it. Nobody ever came back to power wash the concrete or clean the concrete off of our house which is now stuck permanently to it and will not come off. We need the job finished or reimbursed for this nonsense so that we can pay someone else to do it correctly. I have screenshots of messages between **** and my husband if those are needed as well as phone call records when **** and **** were contacted by him. I also have the contract copy if that is needed as well. I have attached pictures of the stucco and brick.Initial Complaint

I Paid this company in full for a Pier & Beam foundation repair. I have been told numerous time dates and times the work is supposed to be completed with no one showing up. I have taken off work to meet with the owner on numerous occasions without him showing also. I paid $5000 to be lied to and ignored, all while not having the first piece of work done. Now all communication has stopped and they will not return any text or phone call. I am very upset by this. Their website falsely says BBB accredited and they are NOT. This is fraud. This is supposed to be a one maybe two day job that was supposed to be finished the first week I moved in. I have now lived at this residence for two months with unlevel floors. My children can not even put furniture on certain spots at this time. I am owed the $5000 I paid. I have to get my floors fixed and that was the money I had put aside to help me do so. I have never dealt with something this unprofessional in my life. I was even told by **** Michael, foreman, he had no idea of who I was or the job. I keep getting the run around and simply want my money back.Initial Complaint

They came out in March of 2020 to fix my foundation. There was some improvements but the issues that were still there we were told would the house would settle and the issues would resolve themselves. There has been no improvement since then, we have a 10 year warranty and still have proof of that. I have been calling them for around 2 months regarding the issue. I've spoken with the guy once in that time and he said he would give me or my husband a call back to schedule a time to come look at it. That was about a month and a half ago or maybe longer. On April 15th 2021 lg foundation and repair came to level my home. They did a horrible job. Where the floor was fine, it is now a 2 1/2 inch gap where I can see outside and critters can come in. None of the floors are level at all. I have called and sent message after message until now which is September 2 2021. 5 month later. I am waiting on the house to be leveled correctly so I can start the other work I need done inside which I told them this. It's not unlevel a little bit you can clearly look at the floor and see how bad it is. NOT VERY HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I want it fixed/ done correctly.Initial Complaint

We hired this company for a foundation, roofing and remodel job. They have failed to complete the work after being paid & refuses to answer calls, texts or emails.
