            Date I reserved is the 15th of February, as I get to my room there is absolutely nothing In it but a bed and tv not even a towel . There is food and trash in the drawers , a girls weave in another the light don’t work no tv remote I have cold food & my child sometimes the bathroom ceiling has black mold and it’s very hazardous I don’t want to have to go above and sue because I’m already feeling sick! The guy at the front desk was super drunk and didn’t wanna do anything to help me so I’m making a complaint and I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

            I called and booked a reservation; I'm assuming was their corporate booking agency . I was seeking rooms for my construction crew as I am doing a project at the nearby Barksdale Air force base. I arrived, were given keys to the room and it was the worst I've seen in my entire life. Everything was dirty, the curtains, bathroom, there was feces and blood on the carpet and the linen on the mattress was soiled and stained. I IMMEDIATELY returned the keys and told the attendant that I could not and will not stay there. I was then informed that I must get my refund from the booking entity. I notified them of the occurrence and requested my full refund. I was initially charged 475.00 for the reservation. OYO customer service investigated and stated they would refund me only 355.00 and I had to get the rest from the establishment. That correspondence was emailed to on August 14, 2024, two days after the original reservation. Its August 24th and I have still not received my insufficient refund. I haven't confronted the establishment yet, but plan to go there as soon as I get back in that town. This place should be reported by the agency that governs these types of establishments.
