We had a house fire sept 5th 2023 we seeked getting a trailer from Brewers a week after the fire to get stuff started . Put a down payment Oct 3 2023 , told us our trailer would be delivered and move in by the end of the month, they fraudulently did a form with my husband paystub, which got him fired ,to submit to the morgage company , that also got us disqualified for the original trailer we wanted , instead of giving us our downpayment back they gave us an option between two trailers and said it would have the same move in dates didn't bring the trailer in until oct 25 we signed papers the 26th without a walk through. They tied the trailer down the 27th of October. When we were able to walk through by ourselves in which finding several water damage in kitchen 3 bedrooms and hall closets throughout the whole house said it would get fix here, here it is 5 weeks later nothing is fixed and they just got the sceptic tank in November 29 and saying we can move in but still can't due to the mold issue and it's worsening to black mold and this is supposed to be a new house but now finding they are trying to cover everything up with chalking or paint and trim . I've reached out to Brewers and jessup several occasions and no one wants to resolve any of this and due to my location I can't afford a lawyer and can't find one to accept probono. We have 4 young kids and I have asthma and it's a major health concern on top of more stress and heartache definitely after the house fire and losing everything we owned, ruined and caused depression with our kids due to the holidays and still not having a home .
