      Orr Nissan has some very nice workers, but I am very disappointed as the service I have received. On the 10 June , after going to Walmart and parking. Tire rod broke on my truck. After calling Nissan. I was told to tow it there. It was parked on the back by the fence after talking to the Service department. I was informed that it was no longer under warranty. My truck only had 83,000 miles on it yet I was told when purchased it was covered for up to 100,000 miles. I was giving Nissan 1 Number to call to Check warranty information. While waiting on them to talk to Orr Nissan, it took a week to predict the problems with the truck. After hearing the service department say These problems occur if the truck has been in an accident. They determined they would not fix the truck. So I decided to go back to ORR Nissan an attempt to get them to look at the video camera in my truck to show that I had no accidents that day had a smooth ride. After talking to regional Manager, they decided to cut note down from 22,000 to 35% off. Which is a lot of money, considering Nissan has serviced all my vehicles from day purchase. And I was never informed that my warranty was expired, even though they were still Correcting simple things when I brought the truck in complaining. On Thursday after hearing the price, I told them to go ahead and fix the truck. The parts were overnighted and work was to begin on Friday. Yet the truck has never moved from where it was parked when brought there. Today is July 1 and I received a call from service department saying they will start on today and the work order should take up to four hours. Needless to say the truck Has never moved. My truck has been sitting for 3 weeks. While I have no transportation. And it seems as if no one cares. The reason this has been so disappointing and they were wrong to me. All my vehicles have been purchased and serviced with Nissan then traded back in for new ones all under 50,000 miles.. Sooooo Sad ?? ??

      I bought a 2007 Toyota Tundra from Orr Nissan in Bossier City, LA. I was charged too much for it. We went back the next day to get my income back but that did not happen.

      I was looking to purchase a used car. When it came time to negotiate the terms of financing I signed a document stating Orr Nissan could run a credit check. The sales person talked to the manager about what we hoped for. She came back with a monthly amount and down payment amount written on a piece of paper. I asked what is that, the response was this is what we think we can do and we don't want to run a credit check and sign here so we can run it. I said I just signed a document saying run the credit check, she responded we don't want to do that yet. I said I'm not agreeing to that and will not sign. The manager came in said again sign here so we can run the credit check we don't want to run one until we know. I said no. This seems fraudulent to me I have never done business like this. I left and get an alert that they did in fact run a hard credit check either before or after I left. Either way I was lied to. I will never deal with a business that scams its customers.

      I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Orr Nissan! This is my 2nd & final time purchasing from them! I purchased a $27,000 2021 Nissan Altima brand new with 0 miles, with all the fancy warranty’s & GAP ins for my protection up until 2024! Now, only two years later a malfunction light pops on so I take my car 30-40 miles to the dealership only for them to give me the runaround & sit there all day. I finally have to leave without my car being seen which was a day wasted. I then scheduled an appointment for my car to actually be looked at without having to wait forever! So on the day of, they managed to tell me that my car was in a front end collision, fixed & painted over (ABSOLUTELY NOT) & that the repairs wouldn’t be covered under the warranty. I was livid because my car had never been involved in any accidents! Don’t they think I would’ve file an ins claim if that was the case, which they’d have record of? That’s false info, unless they sold me an already defective car! This is definitely the absolute worst experience with any purchase that I’ve ever had & it’s very disappointing & unprofessional!

      Traded my Lexus RX350 for a wrecked 2017 Nissan Armada. I asked the salesman had the vehicle been wrecked? He replied no! Within five months after purchase, 0n 5/21/22 I took my vehicle to another dealership, I received data that the car had been in a multiple car accident. I immediately called the General manager @ Orr. He told me over the phone he would give me $23,000 wrecked or not. I said see you soon. All, I wanted was to be treated right as a consumer. But, when I got there I was told they had to run my credit in order for me to be put in another vehicle. I became angry, because my credit was ran five months ago to get put in this wrecked 2017 Nissan Armada. There is a lot of deceit, manipulating, fraud, stealing, etc. All I want is to get a fair value trade for my 2013 Lexus RX350. The General manager also, came in office again and said he will give me $25,000 for Armada, take $2000 off the trader he is willing to put me in, He said banks are closing, I will call you Monday, I waited two weeks and I had to call him back to hear I needed a co-signer. All the people that lied is no longer there, I know why. I just want to be put in the vehicle he promised or a Maximum with a warranty. Because I also received a warranty notice in the mail; the warranty company denied the warranty on the Armada, because it was previously wrecked. Orr can cancel loan and give me all my money back that I paid for the last five to six months, my $4000 they took after paying off my Lexus. I should not suffer lost because of the fired sales team that was in there on 12/18/21. I did not need a co-signer to drive off Orr lot in a wrecked vehicle, but when I asked the General manager to do the right thing, I had to call back, when timing is everything. I was told I have to have a co-signer. Fraudulent, manipulative behavior from fired sales team, as a consumer I am experiencing mental anguish, stress. Going to seek assistance from a legal expert.

      ORR Nissan, Your GSM; did not try to resolve the issue, He told me I needed a co-signer. I will now make preparations to dispute with the Attorney General and further actions as necessary to get this issue resolved to my satisfaction. I should not have to accept $2500.00 for this wrecked Nissan Armada, plus pay write ORR NISSAN A CHECK for the remaining balance; and be without a vehicle; when I started the transaction with trading my Lexus in for ORR NISSAN WRECKED 2017 Nissan Armada. I was deceived, and this was a misrepresentation of a business deal that went bad; because of your sales team on 12/18/21
