ZERO (0) Stars!!! In fact NEGATIVE... Ordered on 02/26/2024. Requested order status (projected ship date) on 03/05/2024. Told projected ship date was by or before 03/11/2024. Contacted PayPal's Resolution Center on 03/16/2024. Order cancelled by Reliable Media Store on 03/16/2024. Reliable Media Store is a SCAM!!! And, I do not believe the "positive" reviews! If my order was shipped as projected, then why not say so and relay the tracking information? This tells me my order never shipped. Also, the status of the my order never changed from the "New" stage. Reliable Media Store only contacted me after I contacted them, only to regurgitate their shipping policy. Remember: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is... & Caveat Emptor!!!!!

We apologize for your disappointment with our service. Unfortunately, you did not give us an opportunity to resolve the situation to your satisfaction as you turned to a 3rd party to do so. When this occurs we can only issue a full refund which you received in the same evening you opened the claim. We issued the refund immediately upon seeing the opened case. Not sure as to why you claim scam as if this was so you would not receive a response of any kind or a full refund. Yes, your order was running later than expected. We stated in the same email response you received "Usual or expected ship out times are not promised or guaranteed as we are receiving higher than normal volumes of larger orders than we normally do."  We did not receive any further response from you before the claim was opened. You can easily contact us by phone (Posted on the site) and email and will receive a response even if you're requesting a refund. For the time you used to go through the 3rd party for resolution. You could have contacted us so you could receive a resolution to your satisfaction instead of feeling like it was too good to be true as once our customers find out the quality we provide they are extremely happy! Which can explain the positive reviews that we don't ask our customers to give but are very appreciative of when they do. As for the new order status, all orders show as new until shipped.
