I am paying 995.00 a month in rent. I rent from ReMax. I put in a maintenance request because there are animals in the roof of my home and if not repaired this can become a hazardous living situation. I have put in several other maintenance request and i have to wait weeks at a time before someone comes out to fix the problem.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/31) */ Contact Name and Title: ******* ********* Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: *******@snyderproperty.com The most recent repair request was received on September 30th, after hours on a Friday. This was non-emergent, so the work order was looked at the following Monday. The owner was notified on October 3rd. The owner contacted his own handyman and they tried to formulate a plan. They had to ensure that the squirrels were completely removed from the attic before closing up any holes, otherwise it would not solve the problem. This would involve trapping the squirrels which must be performed by a professional. Unfortunately the owner did have trouble finding someone immediately but was able to locate someone and started immediately on the process to remove the squirrels and patch the holes. As soon as we are confident the squirrels are gone, we will then patch any open areas. This is not a quick process, and we apologize for any delay. All previous request , we show that all repairs were completely within reasonable time after the initial request. If there was any delay that lasted more than a week, we are unaware of it, as the owner and vendor coordinated directly with tenant. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the tenant has had regarding maintenance. We always try to have prompt service and communication. Because they are now actually communicating about the issues at hand. Finding someone to get the squirrels out should have been communicated to the tenant rather than not saying anything for weeks at a time. The property manager an the landlord are now on top of the issue as well as other issues that have reported about the property.
