Ordered $1,300 worth of parts from this company and they sent me an email stating my ordered was canceled. The order was under my husband's name so called them he he received the first email. AMS racing is claiming it was declined because the credit card company was stating the billing address was incorrect for the card. I was always told told they would refund the money back. No refund has been issued. I than tried it a second time and same problem also this time the credit card company said they suspected fraud. I was emailed yet again that a refund would be issued. I decided to call the company to see why the issue was. A guy by the name Shawn answered the phone. Not only did I have to chase him down more than once because they were not calling me back to address my issue like he has said he would. Shawn hung up on twice on me and refused to passed me over this manager or supervisor. He was snarky, incompetent, rude and completely disrespectful. I'm not sure he was trying me like this because I'm a woman but this was the most horrible company I've ever had to deal with. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/11/23) */ The customer was made aware multiple times the order was being cancelled due to the billing address entered at time of order did not match the billing info on file for the credit card. We do not ship items when billing info does not match. The refund was submitted and issued via the credit card processing company.
