In response to numerous red flag complaints:  Red flag 'owner will not respond'  When Ms. ****** called last week I was sick in bed with Covid like sickness.  I was unable to respond.  She left a voicemail and I forwarded that to the office and the office contacted her that day.  She was not satisfied with the office response and wanted to talk to only me.  She was told I was sick and I would call her back when I got back in the office.  Today is the first day I am back in the office.  Ms. ****** was on my 'to do' list for today but this complaint came in before I was able to call her so consider this my response.  Red flag 'no permit',  Attached is the City of Shreveport permit application and receipt of payment.  Once we call the job in and report it complete we do not know when the job is inspected.  The only time we will get a call from the inspector is if something is not installed up to code.  We have no record of any call concerning this job.  Red flag ' hole is cut too small',  I hole was not cut to the full dimension of the indoor unit.    I agree that the hole should have been cut to the full dimension of the indoor unit.  This did not cause the leak in the evaporator coil.  Nevertheless, we will reimburse Ms. ****** her requested amount that she paid LenAire($753).  A permit was pulled and we presume the City of Shreveport did their job and inspected the unit. Based off that assumption there should not be any safety or code violation.  In regards to being reimbursed for Air Pro's labor, we do not have an amount for that and really it has nothing to do with the complaint about the hole.  The coil developed a leak 7 years into operation and was a result of a manufacture defect. However, in keeping with our goal to provided customer satisfaction we would consider reimbursement of Air Pro's portion.
