      I bought a car from Orr Kia in April 2022. It broke down December 7 2022 and was towed to Kia where it is still sitting to this day, 5 months later. I was just informed they can’t fix it and have to send it to Benton Auto. I was told it’d be sent there April 21. It is now May 3 and it still hasn’t been sent. Every time I call to speak to the service manager I’m told she’s with a customer and will call me back but she never does. I’ve been paying $400 a month for 5 months on a car that has been sitting at there lot not being worked on.

      My husband and I purchased a 2022 Kia Stinger in August or September of this year. The engine light was on at the time of purchase and it was noted on my paperwork that they were waiting on the part to come in and would fix the car as soon as it arrived. They contacted me and I drove 2 hours to take my car to have it fixed. I left and headed backed home and as I was about 30 minutes from home the check engine light came back on. I immediately called back to the service department. I have taken my car back for a total of 5 times for this issue. It is now December and they have had my car two weeks stating that they are waiting on the tech team to contact them. I do have a loaner car now but I am still responsible for my car payment. They haven't contacted me not once since I took my car back. I have to call them to see if it's been any change or if they have figured out the issue. I forgot to mention the remote start doesn't work amd they can't fix that issue either. I hate that we purchased the vehicle from this dealership because they are not professional in trying to satisfy their customers. We paid extra for the warranty and it looks like they sold us a LEMON. The check engine light is also on in the loaner vehicle!!!

      Among the vast complaints from consumers about this business. I was sold two cars one with multiple accidents the salesmen did not disclose. When i paid for personal mechanic to check it out. Multiple issues with car . The manager agreed to fix everything issue with car . When list of issues were presented manger quickly coerced me to look at other vehicles. This was only before I was offered warranty and service agreement but Indian took it back because the lender gave me a better interest rate. Basically lower car payment no warranty higher car payment coverage. I was told to bring old contract back to dealership and presented with new vehicle . Old vehicle was Used Honda Accord the next vehicle was used Nissan Maxima . Both contract were stated " as is " without any details of service history , defects or malfunctions. Was told to wait 30 days to fix any problems .. now the AC is out few weeks after purchasing car. This company does not hold integrity as a standard in their car sales. They do not care overall about the safety of their consumers unless it's a brand new vehicle. Anything used your are treated as such.

      We bought a car from them had it 3 days and the car is shifting hard and making loud noises they have had the car 22 days now and they will not fix the car they are claiming now that there is nothing wrong with the car and I have even drove it with the general manager and the mancanic in the car they hear the noise and feel the hard shift and will come up with every reason why they can not fix it now they are saying they will have someone else look at it the manager lies constantly it's always different story when we talk to him. He will not listen and will talk over me they will not give me the information to get in touch with the owner I have been told that I do not need to talk to the owner my first car payment is coming due and I still do not have my car.

The car is still not fixed right I am still having to take it back up there bc it is still doing the same thing ******* did not fix anything the only thing they did was cleared the codes on the transmission. The car is still having issues and I'm not even able to go on vacation with this car bc it will cutoff going down the road the transmission jerks the car every time it switches gears going down the road.there is a loud noise that you can hear when your driving down the road.

      We purchased a brand new 2022 Kia Sorento from this dealership June 1st 2022. The business with Salesman ***, convinced us that all Kia dealerships were marking vehicles up by $15000 from factory sticker price. With some reluctance we accepted the offer. Fast forward a couple weeks later and the radiator has went out in the vehicle on a family vacation. We were stranded on the side of the road for hours with kids trying to get Kia to send a tow truck. We finally got a dealership in Alabama to send a tow truck. Our vehicle is at the dealership with a busted radiator that will take two weeks at least to fix. Kia will not provide us with a vehicle to get home and corporate will only reimburse us $40 for the $250 rental. We are also out $275 for a hotel room for the night. Orr Kia bossier has refused any help and I can't get anyone to talk to me about the issue. Our salesman won't even answer his phone or messages. We need reimbursement for the expenses we are out. Also my family no longer trust this vehicle to drive any longer. Also we will be out even more money to come back to Alabama to pick the vehicle up.

      I purchased a used 2020 Kia Sorrento from Orr Kia of Bossier City on March 19, 2022. From the beginning of the deal, there were problems with the loan amount the dealership placed on the paperwork due to Louisiana state sales taxes which caused me to have to get a second loan from my financial institution to correct the loan amount. Subsequently, the second loan had an inflated APR and a higher total amount because the first loan was pre-approved three weeks prior. I walked away with one key to my vehicle but had to sort out the APR with my bank to fix the percentage because of the error made by the Finance department. My bank fixed the loan. On May 3, 2022, Orr Kia called and stated they received a second check for the same vehicle. In total, Orr Kia caused $66,000 as a discrepancy on my credit due to a duplicated $33,000 loan. I have to dispute the error on my credit report that has dipped because of this. This affects my employment. I went to the car dealership for acknowledgment of Kia's wrong in the situation. Jimmy Williams insisted it was not Orr Kia's fault even with the information presented to them and said, "what do you want me to do?" I requested that he at least refund the money back for the extra key that I had to purchase which was over $450. I still have not received my car mats. He got his manager who walked past me twice in the waiting room with no acknowledgment and took 15 minutes to address me. ***** ****** cut me off multiple times and was condescending to my wife. His words: "Your bank should not have approved it," and "I'm not doing anything for you. Here's my name." Instead, they blamed my bank, absolved all their employees of the mistakes, and were so rude it was appalling. The attitudes of the employees will assure that I do not refer any fellow service members to Kia. I am taking this issue to the base to assure no more service members are affected based on Kia's actions with no remorse. I spent thousands to be talked down to.

      On 3/29/21 I purchased a car from Orr Kia in Bossier. They failed to inform me about the recall that was on the car. The recall update was supposed to be done by 3/31/21. The previous owner actually was supposed to be done by 3/31 she just traded the car in January. They sold me the car without performing the update. The car broke down on me August 28th. I had the car towed to the Orr Kia in Bossier where it sat there for a month where no one looked at the car, no one gave me any updates or nothing. This is bad business process because now I am out of a car because they didn't do their job.

At that time ******* ENGINE INSPECT/TEST/REPAIR was not applied to this vehicle. On 04/16/2021 this safety recall campaign was revised and included 2014 and 2015 Kia Souls. Ms. ******* purchased this vehicle on 03/29/21 and on August 23, 2021 this vehicle was brought in to our Service department with a seized engine and Ms. ******* was informed by her service advisor that at that moment this department was behind a month and a half due to shortage of staff. On September 22,2021 the customer had her vehicle towed to Orr Kia of Shreveport because she did not want to wait until her turn.
