The date of the transaction was Saturday the March 16, 2024 I paid the business 15000 The business committed to me a suppose to be a good working Jeep and nothing is wrong with it Will not pass inspection and did not disclose the horn not working, A C not working The vehicle pulls when you are on HWY 4 wheel drive knocks Check Engine light bad 02 censor The vehicle price was at 17,995 and we paid 15000 he put 4 new tires on the Jeep. The jeep was repossessed and did not disclose that to us at the sale. Things were taken off of it and were missing. the only thing I had him take off the jeep was a Black rack off the top. The seller that I was riding with told me nothing was wrong with it it was a good Jeep and the light would go off. The check Engine light came on on the way home from the dealership. I called them regarding the problems and he said to get me a estimate and get it to him which I did that and now he is avoiding our calls and not willing to pay for the expense I did not sign anything that the vehicle as is. I did go to a mechanic in Shreveport to have things checked out, The seller told me once we got the new tires on the 02 sensor would be good and the light would go off and its not off its still on. On the 20th of March about 6:48 I went in the dealership asking for repairs to be made and they refused to do anything and my son went in with a estimate and they refused. The guy was not very nice at all to us and was going to lock us in the dealership where we could not get out. We tried to call all week my son and me and they were avoiding our calls. Sam's Used Auto has not done anything to help us resolve the issue to fix the vehicle and we want a refund back and we will take the vehicle back as we bought it. We noticed everything the same day we bought the vehicle which was on the 16th of MarchBusiness response

I also want to say Sam's Used car dealership on the phone told me to get an estimate of the damage and we did that and drove a hour to Shreveport to give it to them and they refused to fix what is wrong with the Jeep. The dealership avoided my calls all week long knowing I was trying to get in touch with them I contacted the dealer ship all week the week of March 18 and through out that week they were rude to me and my son both of us.
