Company Concrete truck trespassed onto my property with 16 yards of concrete to access my neighbors property, when the driver could have gone through my neighbors driveway to get to the work area. Another truck had already went into my neighbors yard using my neighbors driveway. When I went out and saw the damage that had been done, I spoke to Jose Aguirre the concrete finisher and told me that the truck was carrying 16 yards of concrete. I Contacted Baldwin on December 5,2022 and they said they would come and look at the damage, I told them it was going to be raining after the rain stopped, I talked to them again and they contacted the cement finisher and sent him to look at it on a Friday. The same day I called Baldwin back and spoke to Nick aka Santos and he told me Jose would be out the next day to do it but Jose never came. It started raining again and when the rain stopped I contacted Nick again and he told me he would talk to his boss about it, after that I had a missed call on March 14, 2023. I called several times and left voicemails finally he called and said he would come out and look at the damages and no one came. Then I called him back several times with no answer so I called Nick back and Nick told me again he would talk to his boss.when I didn’t hear anything I texted Nick and he called me and said that they would send out a tractor with a bucket on it and grade it to level it out, I asked how are you going to level it with a bucket what about the dirt to put in the holes and the rocks that were on my driveway that sank in when your truck crossed my property? And he said he would talk to his boss again but I haven’t heard from anybody again. I’ve gotten 2 estimates and both said that it would require dirt and and limestone to repair the damage that the concrete truck did
